Double/Twin Rooms

Polraen Country House Hotel offers a choice of standard and superior bedrooms, all decorated in individual styles with ensuite modern shower or bathrooms and toiletries including thoughtful extras such as cotton balls and buds. You can see a full list on the right.

Beds are made up with duvets. If you prefer blankets, please request at time of booking.

Reflecting the historic charm of Polraen, every bedroom has a cushioned window seat, with most looking out either over the hotel garden or to wooded valley slopes.

All rooms include a full choice of breakfasts and are based on:

• PER ROOM – PER NIGHT
• Two people sharing.
• A reduction of £5 per night for stays of 4+ nights.

SUPERIOR DOUBLE (ensuite shower)

Spacious room with a King-size bed and ‘double size shower room’. This room has an additional attractive daybed with scatter cushions and overlooks the Polraen Country House gardens.

SUPERIOR DOUBLE OR TWIN (ensuite bath)

Spacious and flexible room and bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. Individually linked mattresses afford a high level of personal comfort. The bed(s) can be configured either as a Super King size (6ft wide) bed or as twin beds on request. The room has a dressing table with lamp and an independently lit sofa area. This also benefits from views across to wooded slopes of the Looe Valley.

STANDARD SUPERKING OR TWIN (ensuite Shower)

A flexible room allowing for either a Super King (6ft) or twin beds on request. (Individually linked mattresses provide greater personal comfort.) This room has a shower room and views across to wooded valley slopes.

STANDARD DOUBLE – VIEW (ensuite shower)

Sunny room with pine wooden furniture featuring a comfortable standard double bed (4ft 6″) and ensuite shower room. Overlooks the Polraen Country House Hotel garden.

STANDARD DOUBLE (ensuite shower)

Pretty floral room catching evening sunshine with comfortable pine standard double bed (4ft 6″) and shower room. Window looks out to wall of Cornish cottage.
