Rates
Rates include free onsite parking and VAT at the current rate. Easter Week and Bank Holidays are charged at Peak Rates. Single occupancy rates are available on request.
Rooms
Superior Rooms have king, superking or twin beds, with either a daybed or lounge area. All rooms have tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer, TV & thermostatically controlled radiators & Wi-Fi.
Family Rooms

Bed Linen
Our beds are made up with duvets. If you prefer blankets, please request at time of booking.
Misc
Polraen is fully licensed and is a fully non-smoking establishment. Sorry – no pets.
Terms and conditions
Pricing
Rooms booked by phone are guaranteed to be at the lowest available rate. We reserve the right to apply higher rates for online bookings and amend pricing at any time. This does not affect bookings already confirmed. You may start your holiday any day of the week. During high season, we may place a restriction on the minimum length of stay.
Deposit
Debit/credit card details or a personal cheque are required to confirm a reservation, covering a room deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay. Final balance: Cash or debit/credit card (we regret no cheques).
Cancellation policy
Acceptance of a reservation confirmed by the owners constitutes a binding contract between them and the guest. In the event of cancellation or curtailment , the following charges apply: up to 28 days before commencement of stay, loss of deposit only; less than 28 days, loss of deposit plus a charge of 2/3rds of the remaining balance for the duration booked. We will however do our utmost to re-let room(s) to reduce your liability. We recommend you take out holiday insurance.
Family room pricing is based on a child or 2 children under 12 sharing with adults. A supplement applies for guests age 12 and older. Infants are free of charge where bedding is not required. By arrangement, an additional travel cot/camp bed may be added. By arrangement, our family rooms may sleep up to 4 adults.
Check In/out
4.30 pm. Early check in can be agreed from 1 pm by prior arrangement. Check Out: 10.30 am. Late check out must be arranged in advance. We are happy to store your luggage if required.
